OUR POOL: Rainbow Pool, a local favorite, is only a FOUR MINUTE DRIVE from our resort and can only be described as SPECTACULAR! The waterfall and pool, compliments of Mother Nature, are a great place to stop and cool off after a busy day of sightseeing or hiking in Yosemite. Parking and restrooms are adjacent to the pool. There are no signs - so ask us for directions!
THOSE LITTLE EXTRAS: Our 1950's vintage cedar showers and bathrooms have been restored to their original lustre with 'individual' showers and dressing areas on both the men's and women's sides. Buck Meadows Community Church is across the street and offers a non-denominational Sunday morning service. Plenty of open space for your gathering, reunion or BBQ with pedestal BBQ's and picnic table.
BUCK MEADOWS GENERAL STORE: Our General Store carries everything you need while away from home and also has some great Yosemite pictures and souvenirs. We also have a gas station and propane refilling tank on site.
BUCK MEADOWS RESTAURANT: Our on-site restored restaurant, originally built in 1952 from timber logged on the property, serves great food in generous portions for breakfast, lunch and dinner inside - or out on our deck. Hours: 7 AM - 9 PM
